Alex

Alex’s hard work and dedication to our programing and training has allowed him to reach his goals. Since joining us under a year ago, Alex has lost over 7kg of body fat and has built muscle, which was always his goal. He’s now moved on from just wanting to look good, and has since started to pursue more challenging performance oriented goals.

Wayne has had amazing results in just 3 months on his way to stripping 14kg of weight ready for his wedding day. Wayne has followed our healthy eating guide and stayed committed to training at our bootcamp along with a strength training regime that he also does on his own time. Wayne is not just losing fat around the body but also building muscle and really toning up, looking much leaner, stronger and healthier then he did when he started!

"I joined Shred Fitness in April, with the thoughts of yet another fitness regime that I would end up quitting. After I started I actually realised I loved going to boot camp and seeing myself improve so much over time.
