Yannick Mifsud - Head Coach

I am the owner and head coach Of Shred Fitness and Shred Barbell Club. My qualifications include
  • Cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training
  • Level 1 Strength and Conditioning coach with ASCA
  • Level 1 Sports Power coach (Olympic Weight lifting Coach)
My background in sports include playing Professional Football in Europe and Australia, Competing in -69kg category in Olympic Weight Lifting and State Level Athletics.

I have Years of experience coaching both Elite level Athletes from
professional tennis players to professional Football and rugby players, and many years experience in coaching all level clients attain their weight loss and muscle building goals and helping them achieve results they never thought they were capable of.
I am super passionate about my job and love every minute of the day running this amazing gym and coaching the amazing members that train here. I look forward to welcoming you into our Shred Family and helping you be a part of our next Success story a Shred member!

Shane Mckenna - Personal Trainer

I have a passion for increasing strength, mobility and fitness levels through weight training, functional fitness, nutrition and mindset changes. I am most happy living an active lifestyle and believe improving my strength and fitness inside the gym. 

Improve my quality of life outside the gym. I am motivated to empower people to achieve things they never thought possible and reach fitness goals of their own.

Andrew Rajeevan

Andy is one of our experienced Coaches who is very passionate about Weightlifting and Powerlifting. Andy is Level 2 Sports Power coach (Weightlifting Coach) and Certified Powerlifting Coach, Cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training and Level 1 Crossfit Coach. Andy has a lot of experience in both competing and coaching Athletes to many competitions including Masters and Junior Nationals and competing in Nationals for Weightlifting for the second time himself this year.

He knows how to make every session fun and professional so you're always having a good time whilst improving your skill and strength as an athlete and this makes Andy super popular with our members.
