- Level 1 Strength and Conditioning coach with ASCA
- Level 2 Sports Power coach (Olympic Weight lifting Coach)
- NSWWA High Performance Team Coach
- Advanced Diploma in Sports Management
My background in sports include playing Professional Football in Europe and Australia, Competing in -73kg category in Olympic Weight Lifting and National Level Athletics.
I have Years of experience coaching both Elite level Athletes from
professional tennis players to professional Football and rugby players, and many years experience in coaching all level clients attain their weight loss and muscle building goals and helping them achieve results they never thought they were capable of.
